CloudIPLC plans, prices and live stock

CloudIPLC focuses on IPLC private-line products, including Quanzhou CN2 and a Japan-to-Shanghai IPLC, with routing documented as domestic AS4809 direct connect peering into NTT and PCCW internationally. This is a fundamentally different product from ordinary international transit: it bypasses congested public paths and suits latency- and loss-sensitive workloads, at roughly an order of magnitude higher cost — around a thousand RMB per month. The range is narrow, with NAT-VPS and dedicated servers alongside.
