Tencent Cloud Lighthouse is the entry-level line of a major Chinese cloud, bundling CPU, RAM, disk and transfer into fixed plans that work out of the box. Mainland China locations have extremely low latency domestically, but require real-name verification, and hosting a website additionally requires an ICP filing; pick Hong Kong or overseas regions if you need to avoid that.
